Welcome To Rewild
The Rewild Legacy Charitable Trust
Rewild is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting women in wellbeing, reconnection, and personal growth through nature-based experiences, creative expression, and community.
Founded in Te Waipounamu (South Island), Aotearoa New Zealand, Rewild offers retreats, workshops, and expeditions designed to help women step out of survival mode and back into a deeper relationship with themselves, each other, and the natural world. Our programmes create space to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and restore a sense of clarity, integrity, and belonging.
At the heart of Rewild is the belief that healing and transformation do not happen in isolation. They happen when people are supported to be present — in their bodies, in nature, and in safe community — with room to rest, reflect, and listen inwardly.
Our offerings weave together time in wild landscapes, creative and reflective practices, inspired outdoor challenge, shared meals, and honest conversations. All programmes are delivered with a strong commitment to participant safety, trauma-aware facilitation, and care for both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Since 2021, hundreds of women have participated in Rewild retreats and workshops, many describing the experience as a turning point — a moment of remembering who they are beneath the noise, pressure, and expectations of everyday life.
Rewild is an evolving project. Alongside our in-person programmes, we are currently developing online offerings to make our work more accessible to those unable to attend retreats due to distance, cost, caregiving responsibilities, or health considerations.
If you’re here, you’re likely feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, or realign something in your life. Rewild exists to support that process — gently, safely, and in relationship with the wild.
